"Here Again" is a song performed by American gimmicky worship band Tiptop Worship released equally the 2nd single from their eleventh live anthology, Hallelujah Hither Below (2018), on Baronial 17, 2018.[1] The song was written by Amy Corbett, Chris Brown and Steven Furtick.[two] Chris Chocolate-brown and Aaron Robertson handled the production of the unmarried.

Background [edit]

"Hither Again" was released by Summit Worship as the 2d single from the album Hallelujah Here Below in apprehension of its release, which was slated for September 28, 2018.[3] The song was recorded in March 2018 at Tiptop Ballantyne in Charlotte, North Carolina.[four]

On February 1, 2019, a Castilian rendition of the vocal, titled "Encuéntrame Otra Vez (Here Again)" was released by Elevation Worship.[5] On April 12, 2019, a revamped version of "Here Once more" was released on Elevation Worship's album Paradoxology (2019), a collection of revamped songs initially released on Hallelujah Here Below.[6]

Writing and development [edit]

Chris Chocolate-brown had an interview with Kevin Davis, lead contributor at NewReleaseToday about the song and the inspiration behind it.[vii] Davis asked nigh the personal story behind the song, to which Brownish responded, proverb:

This is one of the most personal songs we've written. Information technology'south always going to be one of those songs where I'll never forget the time, and the place the vocal was finished. It was written under hard circumstances for me personally. I've seen loved ones pass away where they are caught in the eye between earth and heaven. And, I had gone through a flavour of life caught in the middle of family unit rhythms and ministry building. "Here Over again" started with the concept of being "here in the middle" and meeting God in that identify. Later, when we came dorsum to the song, we were in some other season of reflection and not knowing what was ahead. Things didn't look like they used to. In that moment, it was a lightbulb moment for us to plough to Genesis 28 and Jacob's dream. He had been a crook and a liar, and he was not a great guy. He had gone through a journeying and so had this revelation where he sees the ladder going up to heaven and says the Lord has been in this place. On August 17, 2018, Elevation Worship released the extended live music video of "Here Once more" recorded at Acme Church building'due south Ballantyne campus on its YouTube aqueduct.[x] A "YouTube Exclusive" alive performance video of "Hither Again" recorded at the YouTube Space in New York was released past Elevation Worship on January xviii, 2019.[xi] The lyric video of "Encuéntrame Otra Vez (Here Again)" in Castilian was published on YouTube by Elevation Worship on Feb 8, 2019.[12] The music video for the Paradoxology rendition of "Here Again" shot on location at Savona Mill was availed on Tiptop Worship'due south YouTube channel on April 15, 2019.[13]
